The kitchen and the bar are the heartbeat of The Corn Stores. Our love lies in fresh, local produce and using it to create dishes and drinks that showcase British farmers, fishermen, winemakers, distillers, cheesemakers, and anyone else nurturing something amazing.

We aim to make everything within our kitchens wherever we can, from our special recipe ketchup to smoking our salmon.  

We butcher and age our own meat, cut our own steaks, chops, bone marrow and make everything from burgers, sausages to bacon and reductions. We have our own smokery where we smoke everything from salmon and sirloins on the bone, to salt and butter.

Our signature cooking style brings out the best in our already amazing meat. Basting with seasoned, rendered aged beef fat before grilling on our Robata gets a full flavour into even and non-fatty cuts.
